Responsibilities - AT&T Client Service Associate Greeting and engaging potential customers in person as an AT&T Client Service Associate. Clearly explaining AT&T products and services to drive understanding and sales. Assisting customers through the AT&T subscription process with professionalism. Supporting daily sales targets while delivering an outstanding experience. Completing all required documentation accurately for new accounts. Addressing questions or concerns and ensuring positive interactions as an AT&T Client Service Associate. To succeed as an AT&T Client Service Associate, you should bring: Strong communication and people-focused skills. A friendly, outgoing personality suited for in-person engagement and sales momentum.
