Our company is seeking an AT&T Customer Associate to support customer and business wireless sales efforts in the San Diego area.This AT&T Customer Associate role is centered on direct interaction with customers, presenting wireless solutions, and executing sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism.As an AT&T Wireless Sales Associate, you will manage customer interactions from initial conversation through sales and service activation.This AT&T Customer Associate includes identifying customer needs, explaining product options, and ensuring each transaction is completed efficiently.The AT&T Customer Associate position also involves consistent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance expectations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.AT&T Customer Associate Responsibilities:Connect with customers to introduce AT&T wireless products, services, and current promotions Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans, devices, and service options Present product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and professional manner Complete sales transactions, including account setup, service activation, and order processing Ensure all customer information and documentation is entered accurately and in a timely manner Maintain consistent follow-up with customers when necessary to ensure completion of services and sales Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge Stay informed on product updates, pricing changes, and competitor offerings to support sales conversations AT&T Customer Associate Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face setting Comfortable working in a sales-focused, performance-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously Previous experience in retail, wireless, or sales is preferred but not required Reliable, punctual, and consistent in meeting expectations Job Type:Full-time Pay:$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
