We are a growth-focused firm partnering with industry-leading telecommunications brands to expand market share and drive measurable revenue results.As we continue to scale our AT&T Business campaign, we're seeking a motivated AT&T Customer Representative who thrives in a competitive, performance-based environment.This is not just another customer service and sales role - this position directly impacts customer acquisition, revenue growth, and territory expansion because of our successful business-to-business campaigns.The ideal AT&T Customer Representative is confident initiating conversations, skilled at overcoming objections, and motivated by hitting and exceeding sales targets.We provide structured training, daily coaching, and leadership development for individuals eager for high-level sales and management roles.What You'll Do as an AT&T Customer Representative:Generate new business by proactively engaging customers and identifying sales opportunities Deliver compelling, consultative product presentations tailored to customer needs Close sales consistently while navigating objections with confidence and professionalism Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas Upsell and bundle AT&T's business services to maximize account value Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through follow-up and relationship management Track personal sales metrics, conversion rates, and activity benchmarks to improve performance Execute territory-based outreach strategies to expand AT&T's local market presence Represent AT&T brand standards while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth Participate in daily sales meetings and performance reviews to refine closing strategies Stay informed on competitor positioning and market trends to strengthen your sales approach Qualifications for an AT&T Customer Representative:1year of experience in sales, customer acquisition, retail, or another performance-driven environment preferred Strong closing ability or willingness to develop advanced negotiation skills Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting benchmarks Confidence initiating conversations and guiding customers through the buying process Self-disciplined with strong follow-through and accountability Reliable transportation and ability to commute locally Ambition to grow into leadership and management opportunities This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on helping others, enjoy engaging conversations, and are eager to grow their skills in sales and customer service.If you're passionate about delivering positive experiences while working in a vibrant team environment, we want to hear from you!
