We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AT&T Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.This AT&T Customer Service Representative role is essential in providing exceptional customer services, sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.The ideal AT&T Customer Service Representative candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing wireless inquiries and resolving customer service and sales issues efficiently.AT&T Customer Service Representative Duties:Respond promptly to customer service needs in-person during sales interactions Provide accurate information regarding wireless products and services to customers Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and upgrades Handle questions with empathy and professionalism while striving for resolution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions Collaborate with AT&T Customer Service Representative team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Participate in AT&T development sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales and customer service skills Support sales initiatives and strong customer service by identifying opportunities for additional AT&T product or service offerings AT&T Customer Service Representative Experience:Previous experience in customer service or sales; background in hospitality, associate role, or leadership experience is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Proficiency time management skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail Job Type:Full-time Pay:$825.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Work Location:On the road.
