Job Description
W-Coast Solutions, a sales and business consulting firm in Westminster, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to fuel growth in our AT&T residential wireless campaign.The Customer Service Representative's focus will be on acquiring new household customers and fostering relationships by mastering the art of consultative selling for cell phones.As a Customer Service Representative, your development path includes deep training on AT&T cell phone features, pricing, and plan integrations for residential accounts.The Customer Service Representative shadows senior associates, practices consultative communication, and begins managing basic account tasks--laying the groundwork for a career in wireless sales.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Present AT&T connectivity and telecommunications options, explain features, and guide customers toward the most suitable service plans.Generate new sales opportunities by engaging decision makers, following up on leads, and recommending AT&T cell phone solutions that maximize adoption.Process activations, upgrades, and transactions with precision while ensuring data accuracy, inventory tracking, and compliance with AT&T standards.Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary to protect satisfaction and strengthen retention.Collaborate with senior Customer Service Representatives to analyze customer data, identify growth opportunities, and refine AT&T sales strategies.Support account management by coordinating service changes, monitoring deliverables, and tracking performance metrics to ensure seamless customer experiences.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:Experience in customer support, retail, or sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription-based industries.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to explain AT&T cell phone plans, features, and upgrades while resolving customer concerns.Organized, adaptable, and proactive mindset with resilience to excel in fast-paced sales environments and achieve Customer Service Representative goals.Proficiency in sales platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems to manage AT&T accounts, track performance, and ensure compliance accuracy.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Work Location:In person.
