Our company is hiring an AT&T Representative to serve as the face of cutting-edge technology.Our purpose is to help providers create strong customer connections through knowledgeable, reliable interactions that build trust in the sales process.Through these informative conversations and a commitment to clear communication, our AT&T Representatives are able to ensure long-term market visibility and sales success.This AT&T Representative role is focused on customer interaction and consistent sales goals achievement, and is ideal for individuals who thrive in interpersonal environments and want their effort to directly impact their success.The AT&T Representative will be expected to deliver wireless demonstrations, consult on device selection, and close device sales in person.The AT&T Representative's role is to make customers feel satisfied with their service and create a convenient and reliable experience.AT&T Representative Responsibilities Work with customers in person to present AT&T products and services through clear, hands-on demonstrations and knowledgeable information Assess customers needs to recommend the most appropriate devices, plans, and accessories that directly address customer challenges.Close in-person sales, and coordinate immediate device delivery or handoff when applicable.Provide device setup support, including contact transfers and feature walkthroughs, to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from day one.Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and upgrade timelines to drive repeat business and build a strong AT&T Representative portfolio.Collaborate closely with fellow AT&T Representatives to optimize territory coverage, referrals, and overall team performance.Stay informed on new device launches, trade-in programs, pricing updates, and local inventory to maximize sales effectiveness.Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ensuring respectful, compliant interactions and safeguarding customer privacy at all times.AT&T Representative Qualifications and Abilities Comfortable with consistent interactions with customers, fellow AT&T Representatives, and sales team members.Prior experience in sales, telecom, retail, hospitality, associate roles or customer service is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to explain phone features clearly through provided coaching Dependable and punctual Job Type:Full-time Pay:$4,500.00 - $5,700.00 per month Benefits:Professional development assistance Work Location:On the road.
