At PAYD Enterprise, Inc., we're a consulting-driven sales and business firm that values professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.As an AT&T Representative in the Las Vegas area, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting wireless device and internet deployments, ensuring businesses stay connected without interruption.As an AT&T Representative, your training blends product mastery with relationship-building skills.The AT&T Representative learns how business internet prevents downtime, how secure cell phones protect sensitive data, and how VoIP adapts to team growth--so they can serve clients with both professionalism and personal care.Why the AT&T Representative Role Matters Business owners care about results.The AT&T Representative translates AT&T's complex infrastructure into simple business value and upsells AT&T products and services to local businesses who need it.You give clients the confidence that their investment in wireless and internet is directly powering their profit margins.Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Provide accurate support for AT&T Business clients by guiding them through cell phones, wireless devices, internet packages, and VoIP/landline solutions.Assess client needs and recommend tailored AT&T Business packages that maximize reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Educate customers on AT&T smartphone features, wireless device capabilities, promotions, and bundled service benefits to improve adoption.Process activations, upgrades, and account changes with precision, ensuring CRM accuracy, billing compliance, and secure documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to align account management efforts with AT&T Business product launches, campaign strategies, and retention goals.What We're Looking For in an AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED required.Experience in sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription-based services.Strong communication skills to explain AT&T smartphone plans, internet packages, and VoIP/landline solutions while resolving concerns.Organized, adaptable, and proactive with resilience to excel in AT&T's fast-paced business environments.Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems to manage accounts and ensure compliance.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month Benefits:Health insurance On-the-job training Work Location:In person.
