About usGlobal Communications is one of AT&T's newest Authorized Retailers located in Houston, TX.Although we're new, our leadership team has over 40years of combined experience operating AT&T locations and demonstrating a strong record of success.Our goal is to grow and open as many locations as possible in South Texas by delivering extraordinary sales results in an ethical and values-driven way.Our work environment includes:Modern NEW locations Growth opportunities Wellness programs Personal and professional development Fun and exciting environment STRONG commissions plan Base pay Commissions Job Overview Join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.Responsibilities Engage with customers to promote and sell products and services.Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.Make outbound calls to follow up with warm leads and current customers, and ensure overall satisfaction.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or fast-paced customer service environments is advantageous.Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in mobile devices, accessories, and wireless technology.Proficiency in sales techniques and retail math.Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$10.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Ability to Commute:Houston, TX 77008 (Required) Work Location:In person.
