Spanish Speaking Ability is Ideal (Not Required) We work with a diverse customer base, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a strong advantage in this role._Conversational Spanish is a plus -- not a requirement._ About the Role As an AT&T Sales Agent, you'll work directly with customers to introduce wireless services, explain device and plan options, and help guide them toward the best fit for their needs.This is a face-to-face, communication-heavy role where confidence, clarity, and consistency drive results.
