T&E Management, a sales firm based in San Jose, is seeking professional and motivated individuals to join our team as an AT&T Sales Assistant.Operating in the Bay Area, we provide an opportunity to work directly with customers and businesses, represent a leading telecommunications brand, and develop core skills in sales and customer engagement.As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers in person, present AT&T products and services, and guide individuals through the sales process clearly and professionally.The AT&T Sales Assistant will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction.The role also includes managing daily tasks, staying informed on current products and promotions, and working toward individual performance goals.Organization, reliability, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment are important for success in this position.AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:Connect directly with customers by initiating conversations, building rapport, and establishing trust to create a positive and professional customer experience Present AT&T products and services by clearly explaining features, pricing, and benefits, while tailoring recommendations based on each customer's specific needs, usage, and preferences Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial interaction to final decision, addressing questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth and confident purchasing experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T offerings, promotions, and relevant industry developments to provide accurate information and remain competitive in the market Organize and manage daily activities, including planning customer interactions, prioritizing opportunities, and maintaining a consistent workflow to meet performance expectations AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers Professional demeanor with the ability to represent a nationally recognized brand with credibility and consistency Results-oriented mindset with a competitive nature High level of accountability, time management, and organization in managing daily responsibilities Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively in customer-facing situations Self-motivated with a strong work ethic This is a full-time, in-person employment position located in San Jose, California.The schedule is Monday-Saturday, averaging 40 hours per week in a face-to-face sales environment.Pay Structure:This position is 100% commission-based, with agents earning $40-$250 per completed order.On average, employees complete a minimum of 1 order per day.Based on effort and results agents make average of $50,000 annually.There is no hourly pay or guaranteed minimum, and income varies depending on individual performance.Clients & Products:Agents promote and enroll new customers in AT&T wireless and internet products, providing tailored solutions that match the customer's needs.Location:We are looking for someone to commute to our office daily, located in San Jose, California, and assigned territories for field-sales meetings.About T&E Management:We are defined by rapid growth and unwavering results.We are dedicated to cultivating the next generation of business leaders through our comprehensive training and mentorship programs.When you join us, you aren't just taking a job; you are stepping into a culture designed to help you evolve, advance, and succeed alongside us.Pay:$50,000.00 per year Benefits:Employee assistance program Employee discount Professional development assistance Referral program Work Location:In person.
