Burbank Sales Partners, a sales and business consulting firm specializing in connectivity solutions, and an authorized sales partner to the leading telecom brand, AT&T, needs an AT&T Enrollment Representative at our office based in Canoga Park.The AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative executes consultations on fiber-optic technology, resolving latency concerns and demonstrating real-world performance advantages over legacy networks.As an AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative, you are the professional guide for residents in LA investing in AT&T.The AT&T Enrollment Representative will recommend and present AT&T's products and services through in-person consultations to residents in assigned LA areas and explain the functional benefits of symmetrical fiber speeds, differentiate the stability of pure fiber infrastructure, and present integrated wireless backup as a critical component for ensuring continuous online service.Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative :Promote and sell AT&T Fiber as the leading residential connectivity solution, positioning its speed and reliability as essential for modern households.Convert customer inquiries into activations by presenting customized fiber packages that align with streaming, gaming, and smart home demands.Strengthen AT&T's market presence by consistently achieving activation goals and expanding residential adoption in assigned territories.Maximize customer value through strategic use of promotions, buyout programs, and bundled incentives that drive long-term loyalty.Safeguard brand standards by ensuring data accuracy, validating service eligibility, and maintaining precise documentation across all authorized AT&T sales systems.Collaborate with fellow Enrollment Representatives by sharing product expertise, supporting training initiatives, and reinforcing a culture of professional sales excellence.Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative :Experience is not needed but experience in sale or customer support, or would help Strong technical aptitude to explain AT&T Fiber's high-speed solutions clearly to non-technical customers, translating features into household benefits.High school diploma or GED required Preferred Skills for the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative Resolves service, activation, and coverage questions accurately and confidently.Maintains an organized schedule to support efficient territory management.Builds trust quickly with residents through honest, approachable communication.Follows through on commitments to ensure seamless service delivery.AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative Role Overview:Schedule & Work Details:This role is on-site, and in person at our office based in Canoga Park, with full time commitment (approximately 40 hours per week).Not remote, not hourly, not salaried ).Pay structure & Average Weekly Earnings:Commission-based, with a base pay of $400 per week, an average weekly pay of $900-$1300 can be expected.Earnings listed reflect average commissions, not top performers.Client / Product:Burbank Sales Partners is an authorized sales partner to AT&T, and as an AT&T Enrollment Representative, you will be working with official AT&T products and services in assigned outreach areas.Pay:$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location:In person.
