Above All Solutions, Inc.partners with AT&T to help local businesses and customers in the local area upgrade their wireless and internet services.As an AT&T Team Member, you'll work directly with customers and business to identify needs, present AT&T connectivity solutions, and support new account growth through face-to-face sales conversations.This AT&T Team Member role starts entry level learning sales and is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in customer service and business solutions.You'll learn how to confidently discuss AT&T wireless plans, internet services, and business communication tools while building relationships that lead to long-term accounts.AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:Help generate new business by reaching out to potential businesses and customers to educate on AT&T services Support sales by explaining AT&T business wireless devices, phone plans, internet, and VoIP services Educate customers on ways they can decrease their monthly bill to be cost effective Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account changes while ensuring accurate sales orders are being processed Learn sales techniques by shadowing experienced representatives during customer interaction, objection handling, and closing sales Work with leadership to improve sales workflows and stay aligned with new AT&T product launches AT&T Team Member Qualifications:Comfortable explaining products and services and building trust with customers Background in customer service, sales, or similar roles is a plus Organized, adaptable, and motivated to improve performance in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn systems and tools used to manage accounts and support sales activity Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and business development Pay:$700.00 - $1,350.00 per week Work Location:On the road.
