We are a growing sales consulting firm dedicated to delivering impactful customer acquisition strategies for our telecommunications client, AT&T Business.Our mission is to expand our client's brand presence and customer base through face-to-face interactions, meaningful conversations, and innovative sales tactics.As we continue to grow our footprint across the Portland market, we are seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our team as AT&T Team Members.We're looking for ambition, drive, and a genuine desire to connect with others.The ideal candidate brings a positive, can-do mindset, thrives in team environments, and is always open to learning new skills and growing professionally.If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, is naturally upbeat, and embraces new challenges with energy and curiosity, you'll thrive in this role.AT&T Team Member Responsibilities Connect with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend telecommunications products Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and product enrollment Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any product or service-related questions Identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services based on customer interests Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction AT&T Team Member Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required A willingness to grow professionally and take on new challenges Full-time availability and the ability to start right away Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment Job Type:Full-time Pay:$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits:401(k) Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
