Mission Valley Telecommunications is hiring an AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T's business internet, cable, and wireless services in the San Diego market.This is a face-to-face role where you will meet directly with local business owners to introduce AT&T Business solutions that keep their operations connected and competitive.If you're confident, motivated, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to build valuable sales and leadership experience with a nationally recognized brand.Core Functions of the AT&T Team Member ? Represent AT&T Business in face-to-face meetings with business clients, presenting wireless, fiber internet, and cable solutions, identifying their operational needs, and guiding them toward the right products and services for their company.? Process new service enrollments, upgrades, renewals, and equipment orders accurately and efficiently.? Educate business clients on plan features, device options, internet speeds, and service benefits in clear, easy-to-understand language.? Follow AT&T compliance guidelines, pricing structures, and brand standards in all sales interactions and documentation.? Provide ongoing customer support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience.? Attend team meetings and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry understanding.? Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients to support retention and future service expansion.Experience Needed for the AT&T Team Member ? A few years of customer-facing or sales leadership experience is a plus ? Able to break down technical info in clear, everyday terms.? Track record of meeting goals and supporting teammates.Preferred Skills for the AT&T Team Member ? Ability to connect business needs to the appropriate AT&T wireless and internet solutions.? Confident presenting product options and pricing during in-person sales conversations.? Maintains high standards of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.?
