SD Premier Consulting is hiring an AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T wireless services and assist customers with selecting the right telecommunications solutions.This AT&T Team Member role involves working directly with customers, answering questions, and providing clear information about wireless service plans, devices, and promotions.Because many customers are Spanish-speaking or bilingual, this AT&T Team Member position involves the ability to communicate confidently in both Spanish and English to ensure customers fully understand their service options.As an AT&T Team Member, you will speak with customers, explain AT&T products and services, process orders, and support account activations while delivering strong customer service.AT&T Team Member Responsibilities Speak with customers in Spanish and English to introduce AT&T wireless and telecommunications services Explain service plans, device options, pricing, and current promotions to help customers choose the best solutions Assist customers with new account activations, service upgrades, device purchases, and plan changes Answer questions about billing, service features, and account details while providing clear and accurate information Process sales orders, service enrollments, and account updates while ensuring all customer information is entered correctly Recommend bundled services, accessories, and additional AT&T products based on customer needs Provide a professional customer service experience during every interaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account updatesWork with team members to meet daily and weekly sales and customer service goals Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and telecommunications services AT&T Team Member Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers in a sales environment Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus Pay:$3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month Benefits:401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
