Attorney - Commercial Real Estate

Serenity Recruitment Group is retained on a confidential search for an experienced commercial real estate attorney joining the in-house legal team of a privately held real estate firm in the US. This is a hands-on transactional role working alongside senior business leaders across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. The firm operates leanly and at pace — the work suits an attorney who takes ownership, exercises sound commercial judgement, and is comfortable engaging across the breadth of an in-house remit. Role focus Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional documents Lead execution on complex commercial leasing transactions Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing work Partner with business teams to advance deals commercially and efficiently Experience profile 5–7+ years PQE in commercial real estate Substantive leasing experience (office and/or retail) Active US bar admission Hands-on experience representing owners and operators rather than lenders Strong commercial instincts; able to run multiple matters concurrently Not a fit: pure CMBS or lender-side practices. Location: US-based, hybrid. Compensation: very competitive, open to discussion for the right profile.
