Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation, Dallas Salary: $150,000–$190,000 Billable Hours: 1900 This mid-size d Dallas litigation firm is adding a Civil Litigation Attorney to a team built around trial work. The firm handles a broad and interesting docket, including construction and transportation litigation, professional liability defense, employment defense, and general liability matters. This is a group of true trial attorneys, and associates are expected to be in the action. That means arguing motions in court, taking and defending depositions, handling hearings, and gaining real trial experience. If you’ve been developing your oral advocacy skills arguing motions and are ready to step up to lead trials, you’ll get the opportunity here. The firm combines high-quality litigation with realistic expectations. Billable hours are set at 1900, and attorneys are trusted to manage their workload without unnecessary face time. Flexible working is genuinely supported, with hybrid work available. Base salary is in the region of $150k–$190k depending on experience, with additional bonuses tied to billable hours.
