Position : Real Estate Associate (3+ Years) Location : Philadelphia We are working on a direct hiring mandate with a leading AmLaw firm for a Real Estate Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, nationally scoped transactions within a busy and well-established practice. Role Overview: The associate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters across the U.S., working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related documents Handle commercial leasing transactions Support real estate financing matters Assist on real estate development projects and land use matters (preferred) Experience required 3+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience Strong drafting and negotiation skills Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred Exposure to complex, multi-state transactions is a plus Additional Details: Location: Philadelphia (hybrid – 3 days in office) Compensation: $245,000 – $270,000 base + full benefits
