State Fund’s Rohnert Park and San Francisco Legal offices are seeking motivated litigators at the Attorney III or Attorney level to join our team. Positions are available in both the Rohnert Park and San Francisco offices. At State Fund, we represent insured employers and State agencies and handle complex workers' compensation-related issues. In this role, you will make a real impact by managing, litigating, and resolving cases in depositions, administrative hearings, and court proceedings, while supporting the fair and timely delivery of benefits to injured workers. Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking attorneys with experience in California Workers’ Compensation law, as well as those with experience in litigation and other Administrative Law forums. While our primary focus is on experienced candidates, newly admitted attorneys and those with little or no Workers’ Compensation background are also encouraged to apply for an opportunity to join our team. Location The Rohnert Park and San Francisco Legal units appear before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) district offices throughout Northern California. To facilitate local in-person hearings, we seek candidates located within Alameda, Sonoma, Sacramento, and San Francisco counties, or counties nearby.
