Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on matrimonial and family law experience, thrives under pressure, and is ready to hit the ground running in a high-volume practice. This is a full-time, inperson position requiring a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage an active caseload of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and orders of protection Appear in court independently for conferences, motions, hearings, and trials Draft and review pleadings, motions, orders, stipulations, agreements, and correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda of law Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Collaborate with firm attorneys and support staff on complex matters Meet billing and productivity requirements in a fast-paced environment REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar (required) 3–5 years of litigation experience in matrimonial and/or family law Demonstrated courtroom experience, including motion practice and hearings Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Salary: $125k-$190k
