The Attorney will provide expert legal advice, conduct legal research, and review contracts and agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling matters related to labor and employment law, negotiating on behalf of the company, and ensuring legal compliance across all aspects of business operations. Qualifications Experience in Law with a focus on Labor and Employment Law Proficient in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research Skilled in Negotiation and handling contractual agreements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Experience working in fintech or technology sectors is a plus
