As an integral part of our dynamic legal practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases and legal matters, providing expert legal advice and services to our diverse range of clients. Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing expert legal advice across a range of areas including Insurance Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property, and Employment Law. Representing our clients in court proceedings, public hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents and contracts. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Advising clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, as well as potential legal implications of their decisions and actions. Collaborating closely with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
