Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings - Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions. Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management - Stay current on Massachusetts and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal. he Package 💰 Up to $160K Base Performance Based Bonus – Up to 45%!
