Job Title: Real Estate Transactional Attorney Location: Stamford, Connecticut Experience Level: 2+ years Position Overview Our clients are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join their growing practice in Stamford, CT. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least two years of experience handling a variety of commercial and/or residential real estate transactions who is looking to take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents Provide practical legal advice and risk assessment on transactional matters Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the Connecticut Bar (or ability to waive in) Minimum of 2+ years of real estate transactional experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $125k – $180k Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
