Reeder McCreary, LLP, a Best Law Firms Tier 1, high profile, boutique full service law firm has an immediate opening for a mid-level (3-5 years) litigation associate. The ideal candidate to join our team will have the following qualifications: Graduate from an ABA accredited law school. 3-5 years’ experience in commercial litigation including general business litigation, corporate governance, franchising, real estate, entertainment, intellectual property, and/or employment. Proficient in law and motion in state and federal court, discovery, pre-trial preparation, and depositions. Trial experience is a plus but not required. We will get that for you! Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to work with others (i.e., this is NOT a remote position). Excellent communication, advocacy, and decision-making skills. Utilizing a tight team-based litigation approach, trial preparation model, and strategy unique to each client, our lawyers represent a wide variety of clients from entrepreneurs to large international corporations in a broad variety of industries.
