Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Attorney position based in the Greater Phoenix area. The Attorney will handle various legal matters, including providing legal advice, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in litigation. Responsibilities include managing cases related to litigation, real estate, community associations, and corporate law. The Attorney will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and offer strategic legal solutions tailored to their needs. Qualifications Between 2 to 10 years' experience in Litigation or Real Estate Law Experience providing Legal Advice and leveraging Research skills Strong Negotiation abilities Exceptional communication and analytical skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona, Utah a PLUS Familiarity with real estate, community association, and corporate law is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
