Responsibilities Handle estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts Advise clients on elder law and related legal issues Assist with estate administration and probate processes Provide legal support in probate and trust litigation as needed Collaborate with clients to ensure their estate planning aligns with their wishes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws impacting estates, trusts, and elder care Manage case files and documentation accurately and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Litigation experience in estate or elder law cases Experience in elder law estate planning Experience with estate administration and probate Background in wills, trusts, estates, and elder care legal matters This is a hybrid role
