Thunder Road Fun Park Attendant needed for full time and part time positions (15-40 hours/week).These are seasonal positions only.Assist the customers with the go-karts, bumper boats, Euro Bungy and Laser Maze.Thunder Road wants to create a fun memorable experience for our guests & employees everyday.We need our employees to help us accomplish our core focus by creating a fun, safe, and clean environment at our park.Assist guests with go-karts, mini-golf, bumper boats, laser maze, and Euro Bungy.Mechanic skills not needed for this position.Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Job is late April to October 1.Applicants must be at least 16 years old.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all guests and patrons- Assist with event management and coordination- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register- Monitor and enforce safety regulations- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise Skills: Conflict management:Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner- Customer service:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service- Cash handling:Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register- Guest services:Knowledge of guest service principles and ability to provide a positive guest experience Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:$12.75 - $15.25 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program Application Question(s):Are you 16 years old or older?
