Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Auction Cataloging Specialist to join our team.This role involves managing auction listings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate data entry.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in client services or call center environments.This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent customer support are paramount.Duties Cataloging auction items accurately within our database systems Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy Assisting clients with questions related to auction listings, bidding processes, and item details Handling outbound calls to follow up with potential bidders or clients Managing data entry tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office and other relevant software Providing support for client services by resolving issues promptly and effectively Maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Supporting sales efforts by promoting auction items and related services Assisting with cash handling processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security Requirements Proven experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills for customer engagement strategies Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly when required Multilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse client bases Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cataloging and data management Able to run a skidsteer and or forklift a bonus but requirement.Able to work with others is a must.A positive attitude and we'll kept hygiene.Good work ethic Must past a drug test.Training can be on the job within our environment.This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and possess strong technical skills.We value professionalism, effective communication, and a proactive approach to client services.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$15.00 - $27.25 per hour Benefits:Employee assistance program Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
