Auction Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Auction Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and management of our biweekly auto auctions. This role is vital in maximizing revenue, and fostering strong relationships with our buyers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for all things automotive and have exceptional attention to detail. Bi-lingual is a huge plus. Duties Develop ongoing schedule for future auctions Plan and coordinate all aspects of our online auctions, including vehicle and paperwork preparation Releasing vehicles from our storage yards to auction buyers Assist buyers with paperwork questions and changes, as needed Qualifications Proven experience in the towing or automotive field Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including the vehicle registration process Strong computer skills Requirements Must have/obtain TDLR VSF license Must pass national background check- no convictions of any kind Must pass initial and random drug tests Must have strong past employer references Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
