Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Restoration Specialist, where your passion for automotive craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring classic and modern vehicles back to life! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming damaged or aged vehicles into stunning, fully restored masterpieces. Your expertise in auto body repair, welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance will be essential in delivering high-quality restorations that exceed customer expectations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in auto painting, sheet metal work, and auto glass installation while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to automotive excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and surface preparation using hand tools and power tools. Conduct MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication to restore vehicle frames and panels with precision. Apply auto paint using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve flawless finishes that match original specifications. Replace and install auto glass and perform auto glass repairs with careful attention to safety standards. Execute vehicle assembly tasks such as aligning parts, fitting components, and ensuring proper mechanical operation. Conduct detailed vehicle inspections, identify necessary repairs, and perform auto estimating to provide accurate cost assessments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of power tools. Requirements Proven dealership experience or hands-on auto restoration background demonstrating strong auto body repair skills. Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and working with sheet metal. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engine components, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems. Experience with auto painting techniques such as airless paint spraying and detailing for high-quality finishes. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and auto glass installation tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of automotive repair processes including auto estimating, vehicle maintenance, and general mechanic experience preferred.
