Posted: May 08, 2026 / Cleveland / Full Time / Marketing/Circulation Description Great Lakes Studios/Cleveland Studios is hiring an energetic marketer to manage our Audience Marketing. This person will handle the promotion of audiences for Cleveland Magazine, Cleveland Scene, Ohio Magazine, Lake Erie Living and other brands in our portfolio. Campaigns are focused on growing subscribers to all media channels including print subscriptions, email subscriptions and social followers. Current campaigns include direct mail and social promotion. Responsibilities include managing magazine subscriber fulfillment company and utilizing HubSpot. We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative and data-minded to help grow and engage our audience across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in media, marketing, social media and understanding how content reaches and resonates with audiences. You’ll work closely with our audience development, editorial and marketing teams to support campaigns that drive traffic, increase subscriptions and build loyalty across our platforms. Values and energy are a must; experience is negotiable. Title and compensation will be based on experience. Responsibilities Manage subscription customer service fulfillment vendor Print subscriber direct mail campaigns Email subscriber campaigns utilizing HubSpot Manage print circulation distribution lists Annual audience audit reports Weekly meetings with editorial teams Weekly meeting with agency team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; (Degree preference in Marketing or related field) Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously Must work well in a deadline-driven environment In office at least one day per week How to Apply Send cover letter containing salary requirement along with resume to: Send cover letter, resume and portfolio link or pdf samples with salary requirements to: hrgls@glstudios.com .
