We are seeking an experienced AV Manager for the High Country Conference Center located in Flagstaff, AZ. Offered salary range: $63,000-$68,000 About the job Join a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you’ll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range: $56270 per year - $72820 per year What’s in it for you Contribute to financial planning by analyzing budget trends and preparing projections that support strategic goals Lead or support audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for process improvement Deliver insightful reporting and ad hoc analysis to guide unit and regional leadership Train teams on internal controls, system tools, and financial best practices to strengthen performance Support billing, receivables, and client financial relations to maintain strong partnerships and smooth operations Assist in closing activities and ensure financial integrity at the unit and district level Recommend and implement improvements to financial procedures, enhancing accuracy and efficiency across accounts What you’ll bring Skillset to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with strong organizational skills Solid analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Essbase is a plus Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholder Capacity to maintain core financial operations while contributing to broader departmental projects and initiatives A detail-oriented approach to auditing, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environment Requirements Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience What we offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
