This role focuses on providing expert audiology services within a small, comfortable department situated in a medical office building. The location offers the unique advantage of being directly across from a major hospital campus, including the NICU, and is positioned next to the ENT practice to facilitate seamless collaboration. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audiological evaluations and assessments for infants, pediatric, and geriatric populations Collaborate with ENT providers and staff to deliver comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Provide counseling and support to patients and families regarding hearing care Preferred Qualifications: Licensed to practice as an Audiologist in the state of New York at the time of start Experience working with infants, pediatrics, and geriatric patients Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration Additional Information: The department fosters a close-knit and supportive environment Interviews and offers will be considered for candidates who do not yet have their New York State license but must obtain it before starting the position Position offered on a contract basis About the Location: Vestal, NY, is a convenient community situated near major healthcare facilities, enhancing access to diverse patient populations.
