Audiovisual Lead needed in El Segundo, California for Raytheon Technologies We are working directly with the hiring manager looking for an Audiovisual Lead for the El Segundo, California location for Raytheon Technologies. Audiovisual Lead Client: Raytheon Technologies El Segundo, California Long term contract Pay Rate: OPEN (w2 non-benefited or c2c if you have your own company and don’t have an employer that holds your visa) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audiovisual On-Site role in managing projects, vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of conference and collaboration space projects. This role is essential for the successful execution of audiovisual projects ranging from installations to upgrades and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee audiovisual projects from planning to completion. Develop project plans and timelines. Assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and make work with team for any adjustments needed. Maintain existing relationships and establish new vendor relationships. Coordinate vendor activities to align with project requirements. Ensure all audiovisual installations and setups meet Raytheon standards, industry standards, and program specifications. Conduct through testing and quality checks before project completion. Address any deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards. Maintain regular communication with clients and partners. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services and solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Receive client feedback and pass up for implementation into service offerings. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to program teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installations or upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration and conference spaces. Knowledge of AV Equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems. Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly.
