We are currently looking for the Audit Partner – Architecture, Engineering & Construction. This is a key leadership role offering strong growth potential, client-facing exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-impact engagements within a specialized industry group. Job Title: Audit Partner – Architecture, Engineering & Construction Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements for clients within the AEC sector, ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards and regulations Review audit work papers, financial statements, and related deliverables for accuracy and completeness Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters Understand client business operations and provide insights to support financial and operational improvements Mentor and guide audit teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work Collaborate with internal leadership to support a productive and team-oriented environment Identify and evaluate risks within engagements and implement appropriate mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Support business development efforts, including client acquisition and relationship expansion Identify opportunities to grow existing client engagements and expand service offerings Maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in audit processes Perform final reviews of audit documentation and reports to ensure compliance with professional standards Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required. Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in auditing with a focus on Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) clients. Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
