Ideal candidates will have: At least 3 years of external audit experience, ideally from a Big 4 or large public accounting firm, including three or more busy seasons. Experience working across multiple industries with clients generating $500 million or more in annual revenue is required. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. A CPA license or a clear path toward obtaining one. A track record of progression in past roles.
