JOB DETAILS Job Class Description: INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT II Class Code: 7318 Job Title: INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT II-Special Education Supervisory Responsibilities: Assigned Student(s) Position Type: CLASSIFIED FLSA Classification: NON-EXEMPT Reports To: SUPERVISING TEACHER & PRINCIPAL Location: AUDUON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Compensation: Commensurate with salary range on the DCPS Salary Schedule for class code 7318 Hours Per Day: 6.5 Hours Per Day Contracted Days: 181 Days Per Year QUALIFICATIONS Required High School Diploma or G.E.D and Associates Degree, OR Minimum of 48 college credit hours, OR Pass a state approved test Must be capable for working with students who may have physical, intellectual, emotional and/or behavioral exceptionalities.
