Overview We are seeking an elite, highly capable Austere Medical Provider to serve as the primary medical authority for remote, tactical, and cross-cultural operational missions. Candidates must bring a proven track record of delivering advanced medical care in austere, resource-limited, and high-risk environments, with the confidence and competence to manage complex medical scenarios independently. Qualified applicants include SOF-level medics: SOCM, 18D, SOIDC/SARC, PJ/Pararescue Advanced Providers: Physician Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioners (NP), or Physicians (DO/MD) All candidates must have significant tactical/operational field experience and a demonstrated ability to integrate into diverse cultural environments. Travel may be required up to 75% of the time. Key Responsibilities Serve as the senior medical authority, providing comprehensive medical oversight and decision-making during operations. Deliver advanced clinical, trauma, and surgical-level interventions with limited equipment or external support. Conduct diagnostics and patient management without monitors, labs, imaging, or specialty consultation.
