Job Description
We are immediately hiring full-time (SUMMER ONLY) Autism Aides! These positions are available at our site-based day program in West Jordan.As an Autism Aide, you will get to support a group of adults, teenagers, and children with Autism and other disabilities.No experience required! Schedule:Monday-Friday:shifts between 9am-10pm, Saturday:2 per month, Sunday:1 per month (30-35 hours per week).The people we support love to have fun with each other and their staff! They love playing outside, going to the park, exploring the community, snack time, and doing arts and crafts.The world needs to know how awesome they are, and you can be the one to make that happen! We do help our clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene (toileting & brief changes).All the training you need is on-site and paid.No previous experience necessary.Applicants must be willing to drive clients in a CTA Company Vehicle (minivan), and meet the following requirements:Clean Driving record Utah Driver License 2years of driving experience 19 years or older Reasons You Will Love Working At CTA:$16 per hour 401K and 401K Match Free Mental Health Therapy Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time employees No previous experience required - we pay you for all the training you need!
