We are immediately hiring part-time Autism Aides! These positions are available in our Sandy & Taylorsville residential homes, supporting 4 wonderful adults with Autism and other disabilities.No experience required! Schedules available:Saturday 10am-4pm, Sunday 10am-4pm (12 hours/week) Saturday 4pm-10pm, Sunday 4pm-10pm (12 hours/week) Thursday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 4pm-8pm, Sunday 4pm-8pm (13 hours/week) As an Autism Aide (aka Direct Support Professional/in-home caregiver), you will help the people we support achieve their personal goals and have fun while doing so! The people we support love to have fun with each other and their staff! They love getting snacks at the gas station, walking in the park, listening to music, and doing arts and crafts.The world needs to know how awesome they are, and you can be the one to make that happen! NOTE:We help our clients with daily activities, including chores, cooking, and personal hygiene (toileting & showering).All the training you need is on-site and paid.No previous experience necessary.Applicants must be willing to drive clients in a CTA Company Vehicle (minivan), and meet the following requirements:Clean Driving record Utah Driver License 2years of driving experience 19 years or older Reasons You Will Love Working At CTA:$16 per hour 401K and 401K Match Free Mental Health Therapy Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time employees No previous experience required - we pay you for all the training you need!
