Autism Support Technician

MUST HAVE PERSONAL VEHICLE AND DRIVER'S INSURANCE Celebrate Ability provides instructional services to school-age autistic individuals in their homes and communities . This is an after school and weekend position in CARROLL COUNTY. Responsibilities of Autism Support Staff: Assist clients in activities of daily living and personal hygiene, communication and socialization Help clients manage their own behavior and teach them appropriate alternative behaviors Encourage and participate in recreational activities with clients Keep accurate time sheet logs and session notes Eligibility Requirements of Autism Support Staff: Minimum 1 year direct autism experience Must have personal transportation Must pass state and federal background check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Referral program Experience: direct autism: 1 year (Required) behavior management: 1 year (Required) community travel: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: driver's license and driver's insurance (Required) Work Location: In person
