Auto Glass Sales Rep - High Commission Sales Opportunity

Job Overview Olympic Integrity Auto Glass is looking for highly motivated, money-driven sales representatives to join our growing team throughout Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, Polk, Citrus, Hernando and Sarasota Counties. This is a FULL-TIME 1099 COMMISSION-ONLY position with HUGE earning potential for the right person. Earning Potential: Average reps can make $1,500 - $2,500+ per week $120 commission paid per completed auto glass install Additional $100 commission for every calibration completed Approximately 60% of windshields require calibraton Goal: We are looking for people who: Are self-motivated and hungry to make money Are comfortable talking to people all day Can handle rejection and keep pushing Have strong communication skills Are organized and dependable Want uncapped income potential Prefer freedom and performance-based pay over hourly jobs Job Duties: Generate new auto glass customers Build relationships with dealerships, body shops, businesses, car washes and local communities Help customers through the scheduling process Work independently throughout your assigned territory Requirements: Reliable transportation - Valid Driver's License - Smartphone - Sales experience preferred but not required - Strong work ethic is REQUIRED This is NOT an hourly position.
