The Boyd Group, one of North America’s largest and most respected collision repair organizations, is seeking an Auto Glass Tech to join our Automotive team within the Automotive – vehicles/parts/service industry. As part of the Gerber Collision & Glass network, you will work with a company recognized for high-quality service, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to integrity and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles to identify auto glass damage and determining the appropriate repair or replacement solution. You will safely remove and install windshields, side glass, and back glass using industry-approved tools, primers, and urethane adhesives, following OEM and company specifications. You will perform chip and crack repairs, verify clear visibility and structural integrity, and help support glass-related calibration procedures for modern vehicles equipped with advanced driver assistance systems. Throughout each repair, you will complete accurate documentation, follow written repair orders, and communicate clearly with teammates to ensure the work is done right the first time. You will work in a professional collision and glass environment alongside experienced technicians who value collaboration and continuous improvement.
