We specialize in helping vehicle owners get their hail-damaged vehicles repaired through a simple, professional, and customer-focused process. We are currently building a strong auto hail repair sales team and are looking for driven, reliable, and motivated individuals who want to grow with the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working outdoors, and earning based on performance. This position will begin as a 1099 subcontractor sales role, with the opportunity for top performers to grow into a full-time Sales Manager position as the company continues to expand. Position Overview We are hiring Auto Hail Repair Sales Representatives to generate leads, speak with vehicle owners, schedule inspections, and help customers through the repair process. This is a door-to-door and field sales position focused on connecting with customers in areas affected by recent hailstorms. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a serious sales team with room to grow into leadership. Responsibilities As an Auto Hail Repair Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Canvassing neighborhoods, businesses, apartment complexes, parking lots, and hail-affected areas Speaking with vehicle owners about their hail damage repair options Educating customers on the repair process in a professional and honest manner Scheduling vehicle inspections and appointments Collecting basic customer and vehicle information Following up with leads and potential customers Working with management to track sales activity and performance Representing the company professionally in the field Maintaining strong communication with customers and team members Meeting weekly and monthly sales goals Helping build a positive, hardworking, and competitive sales culture Requirements Applicants must Be able to pass a background check Have a valid driver’s license Have reliable transportation Be motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Be comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face customer interaction Have strong communication skills Be professional in appearance and attitude Be dependable and on time Be willing to work outdoors and walk for extended periods Be coachable and willing to learn our sales process Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Be able to work independently and as part of a team Be comfortable working as a 1099 subcontractor Preferred Qualifications Not required, but preferred: Previous sales experience Door-to-door sales experience Auto hail repair or PDR industry experience Roofing, restoration, solar, pest control, or canvassing experience Experience working in commission-based sales Leadership experience or interest in becoming a Sales Manager Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Hungry to make money Confident but respectful Honest and professional Competitive Reliable Self-motivated Willing to be trained Able to handle rejection and keep moving Interested in growing with a company Serious about building a long-term sales career Growth Opportunity We are not just hiring sales reps.
