Job Overview We are seeking a bilingual skilled CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design, Experiance in permit pulling, and residential drafting , with proficiency in various software applications. This role is essential for translating concepts and designs into detailed drawings and schematics that will guide our construction and engineering projects. Duties Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Draft schematics, layouts, and technical drawings for various projects, including civil, mechanical, and architectural designs. Utilize software such as Autocad, Civil 3D, Revit, SolidWorks, Sketchup, and NavisWorks to produce high-quality drawings. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients. Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions for future reference. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the drafting process. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software including Autocad, Civil 3D, Revit, SolidWorks, Sketchup, NavisWorks, and 2D animation tools. Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques in various engineering disciplines. Ability to build accurate models from sketches or verbal descriptions provided by engineers or architects. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across different departments. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
