仕事内容: Job Responsibilities Lead the introduction of new equipment in the factory, including on-site installation, implementation, and commissioning according to project plans and requirements. Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing operations in coordination with the production team. Identify, perform preliminary analysis, and escalate equipment issues encountered on-site. Provide recommendations and suggestions for equipment optimization based on production conditions. Assist in the management of spare parts inventory. Qualifications Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) including reading, writing, and speaking Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, IoT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting automated equipment or production lines in a manufacturing environment. Solid technical foundation with hands-on experience in automated production lines and equipment operation. Familiar with standard mechanical structures and components, including transmission systems (linear guides, lead screws, gears, chains, belts, linkages), pneumatics, and robotics; proficient in using tools and measuring instruments. Familiar with common electrical components such as servo systems, circuit breakers, relays, and photoelectric sensors. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; capable of uploading and downloading PLC programs. Strong hands-on skills; experience in equipment installation and commissioning is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
