We are seeking a dedicated Automation/Instrumentation & Controls Superintendent for our pharmaceutical facility in Arlington, Virginia. In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems, instrumentation, and control processes to ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include Managing and supervising automation and control engineering teams Developing and implementing maintenance strategies for automation systems Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met and maintained Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes Troubleshooting and resolving automation and instrumentation issues efficiently Overseeing calibration, validation, and documentation activities Ideal candidates will possess strong technical knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other automation platforms, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
