ITW Medical, a division of ITW, is comprised of two highly respected brands- Coeur and Filtertek, supplying critical filtration and flow control solutions to global OEM's, serving Surgical, Infusion, Bioprocessing and Diagnostic Imaging end markets. This position requires a minimum of 1 year machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment: 12-hour shift, 7:00AM-7:00PM, rotates weekly: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. The role pays $20/hr base pay. Kindly do not call the office in reference to your application. Summary This position is responsible for the quality and production of the automation machines. This position reports directly to the Shift Team Lead. Duties & Responsibilities Operate automation machine, ensuring optimal OEE performance. Partner with Automation Technician and Team Leader to understand opportunities for improvement. Perform preventative maintenance activities and cleaning regularly. Ensure daily production goals are reached with minimal scrap. Perform basic troubleshooting for equipment, including re-homing robots. Assist team with change-over and/or line clearance activities. Regular communication with Material Handler to ensure component availability. Follow all safety gu
