Automic Technical Lead location - PA , Remote with expectation to travel to client location for key meetings, Contract Job Description The Automic Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the Automic upgrade and day-to-day operations and support of Automic. They will receive direction from the Technical Manager supporting Automic. Skills required include: • Experience monitoring, alerting, and notification features within Automic. • Skilled in managing version upgrades, patch deployments and environmental health checks. • Ability to provide guidance to other team members regarding Automic. • Coordinating with team members, assisting in project timelines, and resolving technical issues. • Ensuring project goals are met and delivering high-quality solutions. • Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and troubleshooting technical problems. • Interacting with stakeholders, conducting project scope, timelines, and resources decision-making. • Monitoring and evaluating new technologies and trends. • Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
